If you’re not quite ready to take the jump into a full program or you’re curious to see what a Challenge Group and having a Coach is really like, we run a free 21 day clean eating and beginner fitness group.
WHAT DO I GET?
- Pick and choose meal plan option plus a rated food list to
- simplify your eating habits.
- Daily workouts that combine cardio and strength training. No equipment required!
- Clean eating recipes posted throughout the challenge.
- Quick, useful and fun assignments and challenges to help you learn more about making healthy choices.
- Motivation, inspiration and support from the both the group and us
WHAT’S REQUIRED OF ME?
- You agree to check in each day with your workouts (we aim for 30 minutes a day).
- You complete the short assignments/challenges posted.
- You eat clean and drink your water each day.
- You be supportive and motivational to the other challengers.
- You track your weight, measurements and take before and after photos (you do NOT have to share these).

2. Next send a friend request on Facebook so that we can add you in to the private Challenge Group. Don’t worry – no one can see your posts outside of the group!
3. Send a quick message on Facebook to let us know you’re interested in the next clean eating group and we can get you started!!
